We want you to feel safe paying for our work. This policy explains when you can cancel and what you get back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Business Website package (₹4,999)
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin designing your website (that is, before you submit your business details, or within 24 hours of payment, whichever is later), we refund the full ₹1,999 advance.
- After work starts, before the preview: if you cancel after we have started but before we share your preview, we refund 50% of the advance (₹1,000).
- After the preview is shared: the ₹1,999 advance is non-refundable, because the design and build work has been done. You are not required to pay the ₹3,000 balance if you choose not to go live, and we will not publish the website.
- If we can't deliver: if we are unable to deliver a preview within 7 days of receiving your complete details, for reasons on our side, you may cancel for a full refund of the advance.
- After you go live: once you have approved the website and it has been published, the full amount is non-refundable. We will still fix any defects in the delivered work reported within 15 days of launch at no cost.
2. Custom projects
For custom projects, the refund and cancellation terms in your written quote or agreement apply. Where a quote does not say otherwise, any advance paid is refundable in full before work starts; after work starts, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, and any balance of the advance is refunded.
3. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting and other services you buy directly from third-party providers are subject to their own refund policies. We cannot refund amounts paid to them.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Email adikumbhstudio@gmail.com with your name, phone number and payment reference. We will confirm within 48 hours. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
