These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of labs.adikumbh.com (the "Website") and to any services you buy from AdiKumbh Labs, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("AdiKumbh Labs", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, submitting a form or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
AdiKumbh Labs provides software development and digital product services, including websites, web applications, UI/UX design, AI integrations and automation. The exact work, price and timeline for each engagement are set out on the Website (for fixed packages) or in a written quote (for custom projects).
2. Business Website package (₹4,999)
- What's included: a website of up to 5 pages (typically Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact), mobile-responsive design, a WhatsApp chat button, a contact form delivering to your email, a Google Maps location, basic on-page SEO, and up to 2 rounds of changes on the preview.
- Payment: ₹1,999 is payable in advance to start, and the balance of ₹3,000 is payable after you approve the preview and before we publish the website on your domain.
- Timeline: we aim to share a private preview within 48 hours. The timeline starts once we have received the advance and all the details and materials requested from you. Delays in sharing content, feedback or access will extend it.
- Changes: a "round of changes" is one consolidated list of adjustments to text, images, colours or layout within the agreed pages. New pages, new features or a complete redesign are not included and will be quoted separately.
- Not included: domain registration, hosting, business email, paid plugins, logo design, professional photography, copywriting beyond the website pages, online payments, e-commerce, and ongoing maintenance after launch, unless agreed in writing.
- Inactive orders: if we do not receive your details within 30 days of payment, or your feedback or balance payment within 30 days of sharing the preview, we may close the order. The advance may then be refunded only as described in our Refund Policy.
3. Custom projects
For custom websites, web applications and other projects, we will share a written scope and quote describing the deliverables, price, milestones, timeline and payment schedule. Work begins once you accept the quote and pay any advance stated in it. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline and will be confirmed with you in writing first. Where a quote or agreement differs from these Terms, the quote or agreement applies to that project.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes will be shown before you pay. Payments are made through our payment partner (for example, Razorpay) or another method we confirm in writing. We do not store your card or banking details.
5. Your responsibilities
- You will provide accurate business information, and you confirm that all text, logos, photos and other materials you share belong to you or that you have permission to use them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made about your business on the website (for example, qualifications, prices, offers and opening hours). Please review your preview carefully before approving it.
- You will give feedback and approvals in reasonable time, and share any account access we need through secure methods such as account sharing or delegation. Please do not send passwords by email or chat.
6. Domain, hosting and third-party services
Domains, hosting and similar services are bought by you, in your name, directly from the provider, and are governed by that provider's terms. We may recommend providers and may receive a referral commission from some of them; this does not change the price you pay. We are not responsible for outages, renewals, price changes or account issues with third-party providers, but we will help where we reasonably can.
7. Ownership and portfolio use
Once you have paid in full, you own the final website or deliverables we created for you, including the design and code delivered, together with the content you provided. Until full payment, all work remains ours. Tools, libraries, frameworks and components we use across projects remain ours or their respective owners' and are licensed to you for use in your project. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
We build with care and test our work before delivery, but we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, number of enquiries or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Contact and grievances
For questions, support or complaints, please contact us. We will acknowledge your message within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
