Questions business owners ask

What do I need to provide?

Your business name, services, contact details, timings and address, plus your logo and a few good photos if you have them. We'll guide you through a simple form.

When does the 48-hour timeline start?

Once we have your advance payment and all your details and photos. Your private preview is ready within 48 hours of that. Going live then depends on your approval and on your domain being set up.

Are domain and hosting included?

No. They're extra (from approx. ₹2,000/year) and bought directly from the provider, in your own name, so you always own them. Already have them? We can use your existing ones.

Can I have more pages?

Yes. Extra content pages are ₹999 + GST each. The Privacy Policy and Terms pages are already included, on top of the 5 main pages. Layout changes or new features are quoted separately.

What if I don't like the design?

You get 2 rounds of changes on your private preview. You pay the remaining 50% (₹2,499 + GST) only after you approve the website.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases set out in our Refund Policy. For example, the full advance is refunded if you cancel before we start work.

Can you make changes after the website is live?

Yes. Small updates can be done on request for a small fee, or on a simple yearly care plan. Just message us.
